Delete your data

You can remove your ShopperHelper data in two ways.

Delete individual receipts

In the app, open a receipt and choose Delete receipt. This removes the receipt image and every item read from it from your purchase history. This cannot be undone.

Delete your whole account

To delete your account and all of your personal data — receipts, items, purchase history, household membership, and your push token — email shopperhelperllc@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject Delete my account.

We will confirm and delete your personal data within 30 days, except anything we are required to keep by law. Receipt images are already deleted shortly after they are read.

Signed in with Google, Apple, or Facebook?

Deleting your ShopperHelper account removes the data we hold. It does not affect your Google, Apple, or Facebook account. You can also remove ShopperHelper's access from your provider's account settings at any time.
